Give them
the first one.
Digital product sampling at scale. One taste per person, guaranteed — from a screen or a shelf, straight to their phone, no app.
Born in drinks and on-trade. Built to travel.
We ran the tours. We gave out the samples. We kept none of the reaction.
For years we ran national product sampling tours — bars, pubs and clubs, up and down the country. We put new products into thousands of hands and watched people taste them for the first time. Then we walked away with none of it: no name, no reaction, no idea what they thought. On a new launch, that live response would have been worth more than the sampling itself. So we built the version that keeps it.
The reaction we used to lose is now the point.
At the bar, most people haven't chosen yet.
In the on-trade the decision happens on the spot — around two in three walk in undecided. Once they pick, they tend to stay with it for the night, roughly four of the same drink, then home or gone. Win the first order and you win the rest. A sample is the one thing that acts at that exact moment — on the floor, in the venue, at the point of choice.
Win the first one, and you've won the round.
Trial is the shortest path to growth.
Brands grow by adding buyers, not by squeezing the ones they have. A free trial removes the risk of trying something new — and turns an undecided hand into a first purchase. It is the most direct move a brand can make on the number that matters: how many people buy at all.
One scan on their phone. Live on your dashboard.
The sample is the whole job here: get it into the right hand, once, and prove it worked. Everything that happens after — the ongoing relationship — is where the extensions come in.
Sampling is the core. The rest are extensions.
The sample earns you a name and a moment. Bolt on more of the system and that moment keeps paying back — the same QR, the same identity, doing more work.
Sampling used to mean a team in every venue.
Physical sampling is bound by bodies — hire a promo team, work one venue at a time, and you can only be where the staff are. We replaced the teams with the mechanic, so a single campaign runs in one venue or a thousand at once. Everything below is what used to make that hard — and doesn't any more.
Run it yourself, or hand it to us — self-serve or fully managed.
The reach of a team in every venue. Without the team, or the ceiling.
Customise it. Integrate it.
Bars and on-trade taught us to deliver a sample under real pressure — busy floors, tight compliance, staff with ten seconds to spare. That discipline travels into any category. We shape the journey around your product and wire it into the systems you already run.
If it has a point of sale or a point of contact, sampling can live there.
We took the money we had planned to use on advertising and invested instead in enough material to give away large quantities of our products. It was so simple that competitors sneered when they heard.— Estée Lauder
She built a beauty empire on a sample. The instinct was right then — we've made it measurable, connected, and impossible to waste.
We build it to reuse, not throw away.
There are two ways to run a sampling campaign. One ships a one-off microsite for a short burst, captures an email, then deletes itself when the promo ends — so the next campaign starts from scratch. We chose to build the other way.
- QRA throwaway link that dies when the promo ends.
- DataEmail only. No mobile, weaker follow-up, resets each time.
- BuildA bespoke microsite rebuilt for every campaign.
- AfterCampaign over, relationship over. Start again from zero.
- QROne permanent code — swap the campaign behind it in real time.
- DataName and mobile, opted-in, ready to carry forward.
- BuildBuilt once. Every future campaign runs on the same platform.
- AfterHand the relationship to Everything Connects and it compounds.
